1. Who We Are
The Waivy Hub is an internal company portal operated exclusively by Waivy Baby LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). This portal is for authorized team members only and is not a public-facing service.

2. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and an encrypted password. We also store your tool preferences, calendar events, messages, and mood check-ins that you voluntarily add to the system. All data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — it is not transmitted to any external server.

3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the internal team portal experience — to authenticate you, display your role and permissions, and enable team collaboration features. We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security
All Hub data is stored in your browser's localStorage. This means data is device-specific and is not stored on external servers. The Admin Owner has the ability to export and import data for backup purposes. We recommend the Admin Owner perform regular backups. Passwords are encoded before storage. We recommend all team members use strong, unique passwords.

5. Access & Permissions
Access to The Waivy Hub is role-based. The Admin Owner controls team member accounts and access levels. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your Admin Owner immediately.

6. Cookies
The Waivy Hub does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The only browser storage used is localStorage for essential app functionality.

7. Third-Party Tools
The Hub contains links to third-party tools (Stripe, Zoho, Brevo, etc.). When you click these links, you are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

8. Data Retention
Data remains in your browser until you clear your browser storage or an Admin Owner performs a system reset. You may request deletion of your account by contacting your Admin Owner.

9. Children's Privacy
The Waivy Hub is an internal business tool intended for adults (18+) employed or contracted by Waivy Baby LLC. It is not intended for use by minors.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By accessing The Waivy Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. This portal is for authorized Waivy Baby LLC team members only.

2. Authorized Use Only
The Waivy Hub is exclusively for internal use by employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Waivy Baby LLC. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. You may not share your login credentials with anyone outside the organization.

3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify the Admin Owner immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Waivy Baby LLC is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use The Waivy Hub only for lawful, work-related purposes. You must not: use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm colleagues; post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in the Communications Hub; share confidential company information outside the organization; attempt to circumvent security or access controls; or use the platform for personal commercial activities.

5. Confidentiality
All information within The Waivy Hub — including tools, processes, team contacts, business data, campaigns, and financial information — is strictly confidential. Team members agree not to disclose any such information to unauthorized parties during or after their engagement with Waivy Baby LLC.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, branding, and materials within The Waivy Hub are the property of Waivy Baby LLC. Team members may not reproduce, distribute, or use company materials outside of authorized work activities.

7. Communications & Conduct
The Comms Hub is a professional communication space. All messages, shoutouts, and announcements must maintain professional standards. Waivy Baby LLC reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and take disciplinary action for violations.

8. Data & Privacy
By using The Waivy Hub, you consent to the collection and storage of your account information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that Admin Owners have visibility into team activity within the platform.

9. Termination of Access
The Admin Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate any team member's access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination of employment or contract, all access to The Waivy Hub must be surrendered immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Waivy Hub is provided "as is" as an internal tool. Waivy Baby LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
